During the installation of Jenkins, we may receive an error saying that our Jenkins do not have internet access. The problem may be due to the fact that we have problems with the SSL certificate, and by default Jenkins connects after https, when, for example, wants to download plugins for installation.
To solve the above problem, just change the protocol from HTTPS to HTTP in the file hudson.model.UpdateCenter.xml and reconstruct Jenkins.
