Sometime Informatica Repository Navigator disappeared if you undocking your Repository Navigator from one of the PowerCenter tools (e.g. Designer, Workflow Manager) and close it, your Repository Navigator can completely disappeared. So you cannot dock it again, because it is not available.

Informatica Repository Navigator Dock
You can try add Navigation pane using View -> Navigator, but for the most cases it does not work. You will stuck with unable to dock repository navigator in Informatica Designer!
Look at the below steps to resolve restoring Navigator pane:
Repository Navigator is missing in the Workflow Manager
1. Open Registry Editor from Start -> Registry Editor
2. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Informatica/PoerMart Client Tools/<you Informatica verions>
3. Take a export of the current registry by right-clicking e.g. Designer -> Export
4. Then right click on the Designer -> Delete
5. Close the Registry Editor
6. Run the Designer and check if the Repository Navigator appear!
Other Possible Solutions
If the Repository Navigator is installed but not appearing in the Designer tool, it is possible that it has been disabled. To enable it, you can try the following steps:
- Open the Designer tool.
- From the main menu, select “View” and then “Repository Navigator”.
- If the Repository Navigator is not listed in the “View” menu, it has been disabled. To enable it, select “Options” from the main menu and then go to the “Designer” tab.
- In the “Designer” tab, check the box next to “Repository Navigator” and click “OK”. This should enable the Repository Navigator in the Designer tool.
