- Select the cell where you want to create the dropdown list.
- Go to the Data tab on the ribbon and click the Data Validation button.
- In the Data Validation dialog box, select the Settings tab.
- Under the Allow dropdown, select List.
- In the Source field, enter the list of items that you want to include in the dropdown list, separating each item with a comma.
- Click OK to close the Data Validation dialog box.
